Presentation

My eReport is an app that allows anyone who has taken a drug or other medical product and presenting an adverse or side effects suspected to be due to a drug/other health products to declare it directly from a mobile device (iOS/Android smartphone or tablet) or a computer with an internet connection.

My eReport also allows any person (a relative, a health professional) who finds another person in effect declare directly his your mobile device.

With the emergence of new interacting tools, My eReport provides easy, friendly, reliable and secure solution to patients, relatives, patients association, health care professionals for reporting adverse effects to the health authorities.

With this innovative application (the first of its kind in France), eVeDrug wishes above all to restore trust between patients and their healthcare system by placing the main interested (the patient himself) in the center of the health system which is responsible for protecting him.

My eReport includes all the minimum criteria required for reporting the side effect :
• A reporter
• A patient
• At least one drug
• A side effect

My eReport is totally free : you do not have to pay anything to report your adverse effects and thus contribute to a real public and citizen health.

My eReport can be used on a mobile device running iOS (iPhone, iPad) or Android (Samsung, Huawei...). A version is also available as a web form accessible from any type of computer with an Internet connection.

Application primarily European, My eReport is translated into 7 languages : French, English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Czech, Portuguese, Italian and Romanian.

My eReport contains advanced features like the ability to take a photo of the medicine packaging, its medication guide, or the side effect. A QR code scanner is also integrated to quickly retrieve the drug information (trade name of the drug and laboratory name).

An anonymized copy of your report is automatically sent to the relevant health authority (Regional CRPV for France, National Agencies for foreign countries). You can also receive, by specifying your e-mail address (not kept), your own copy of your report.
